FAIRMOUNT - Donna Jean Musick, 74, died at 5:20 p.m. Aug, 29, 2009, at her son's residence.
She was born in Bureau, Ill., to Harry and Fern Baxter Moreland. On Dec. 29, 1951, she married Carl Otis, who died June 11, 2001.
She was a homemaker and worked at Owens-Illinois Glass Factory, Delta Electric, Essex, B&B Restaurant and Lew Zanes Flower Shop. She moved to Fairmount in September 2002, after living several years in Fairmount and Kuhn Lake, Pierceton.
Surviving are her children, Timothy R. (and spouse Robin) Musick and Roger A. (and spouse Penny) Musick, all of Jonesboro; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and six siblings: Mary L. Smithley, Marion; Hazel E. Sims and Marjorie A. Englert, both of Texas; Goldie M. (and spouse Morris) Cushman and James Smith, all of Florida; and Darlene Monroe, Upland. She was preceded in death by son, a grandson and four siblings.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, Storey Chapel, Gas City, with Pastor Kim Holloway officiating.
