ROCHESTER – Craig “Sam” Foster, 61, Rochester, died at 7:28 a.m. Jan. 9, 2015, in Woodlawn Hospital. He was born Nov. 26, 1953, in Indianapolis, to Milton and Betty Jane Bruce Foster. On Sept. 30, 1979, he married Selene Hostetler. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester. Military honors will be conducted by the Fulton County Honor Guard and the U.S. Army Honor Guard.
