MENTONE – Charlotte V. Stine, 67, of Warsaw, died at 4:15 a.m. Dec. 17, 2012, in her residence, following a two-and- half-year battle with cancer.
She was born Aug. 6, 1945, in Plymouth, to John and Edna Marsh Cochran. On Aug. 13, 1961, in Warsaw, she married Danny L. Stine, who survives.  
She was a homemaker and a seamstress. She was a member of  Atwood Methodist Church. She enjoyed sewing and was a very accomplished woodworker. She loved caring for her grandchildren. She was a graduate of Warsaw High School.
Also surviving are three sons: Rodney (and spouse Theresa) Stine, Warsaw; Christopher Stine, Fort Wayne; and Stacy (and spouse Christina) Stine, Prescott, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Richard “Skip” Cochran, Fort Wayne, and Bill (and spouse Linda) Cochran, Mentone. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Ruth Hartzell; and three brothers, Chuck, George and Ed Cochran.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at King Memorial Home, 101 North Tucker St., Mentone, with Larry Ross officiating. Burial will be in Stoney Point Cemetery, Atwood.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
