ROCHESTER - Brent Douglas "Cosmo" Kramer, 49, of 3535 N. Strawberry Lane, Rochester, died at 4:05 a.m. June 13, 2009.
He was born Feb. 1, 1960, in Rochester, to Charles Robert and Janice Nichols Kramer. On June 27, 1980, in Rochester, he married Cathy Hart, who survives.
A truck driver, he most currently drove for Wayne Trucking, and also had driven for Dean's Foods and Foodliner. He was a member of Eagles and Moose Lodges, Sons of the American Legion, the Legion Riders and Patriot Guard. He was a 1978 graduate of Rochester High School.
Surviving are a son, Seth Douglas Kramer, Hollywood, Fla.; a daughter, Tina Conley, Peru; two grandchildren; her mother, Janice (and spouse Don) Duzenbery, Plymouth; two sisters, Kim (and spouse Tim) Bope, Plymouth, and Colleen (and spouse Rob) Norman, Delphi; and three brothers: Rick Kramer, Amston, Conn.; Scott Sopher, Fort Myers, Fla.; and Fred Sumpter Rochester; and his stepmother, June Kramer, Rochester. He was preceded by his father; a brother, Judson Sumpter, and a granddaughter.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with the Rev. Brian Sewell officiating.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the funeral home.
