Brady Robert Houck, 18, of 3919 N. CR 100E, Warsaw, died at 7 p.m. May 20, 2007, in Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.
He was born Feb. 9, 1989, in Warsaw, to George and Dixie Harman Houck, who survive in Warsaw.
A lifetime Warsaw resident, he was a senior at Warsaw Community High School, where he was an offensive tackle on the football team. He worked at Boggs Automotive and was a former intern at Biomet Inc. He was a go-cart racer at State Line Speedway for 10 years.
Also surviving are two sisters, Jodie (Smith) Bare, Columbus, Ohio, and Danielle (Smith) Thomas, Pierceton; a brother, James Smith, Warsaw; maternal grandparents, Richard and Jeanne Harman, South Bend; and six nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, George and Esther Houck.
Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the Warsaw Community High School Performing Arts Center with Pastor Vicky Blough and Wayne Balmer officiating. Burial will be in Leesburg Cemetery.
Calling is from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
