ALBION - Barry Warren Monroe, 41, of Wolf Lake, died suddenly at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 17, 2011, in his residence.
He was born March 9, 1970, in Wabash, to Gary Monroe and Cynthia Slater Shepherd. On July 2, 1997, in Noble County, he married Georgia Collins, who survives.
He was a furnace operator at the Fort Wayne Foundry.
Also surviving are his parents, Cindy Slater Shepherd, Warsaw, and Gary Monroe, North Manchester; two daughters, Cassandra Monroe Zahn, Huntington, and Amanda Collins, Wolf Lake; a son, Jeff Monroe, Wolf Lake; a brother, Brian Monroe, Akron; a sister, Bethany Ann Woodrum, North Manchester; a grandson; and his paternal grandmother, Doris Monroe, North Manchester.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Brazzell Funeral Home, Albion Chapel. Burial will be in Wolf Lake Cemetery.
