NAPPANEE – Allen Vaughn “Robin” Barrett, 69, Syracuse, died at 5:10 p.m. Oct. 30, 2014, at his residence. He was born Jan. 7, 1945, in Indianapolis, to George and Dorothy Overstreet Barrett. In 1969, in Nappanee, he married JoAnn Ganshorn, who survives in Syracuse. He was a career U.S. Navy man. Services will be at 1 p.m. Nov. 12 at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee, with the Rev. David Henry, Calvary United Methodist Church, Syracuse, officiating.
