NORTH MANCHESTER – The Manchester High School boys and girls soccer teams swept rival Whitko Wednesday evening, and did so in vastly different fashions.

The Warsaw boys tennis team was senior strong Wednesday.

NOTRE DAME – Playing its first match as an NAIA ranked team in decades, Grace College’s men’s soccer team defeated Holy Cross 3-0 on Wednesday.

SYRACUSE?– Chris Pena kicked in three goals to lead the?Wawasee boys soccer team to a 3-2 win Wednesday over Columbia City in a home match on senior night.

WINONA LAKE – Theran McKeever pulled off a hat trick to lead the Lakeland Christian boys soccer team to a 3-0 victory over Culver on Tuesday in a home match.

WINONA LAKE – Grace College’s women’s tennis team improved to 6-1 with a convincing 8-1 victory over St. Francis on Tuesday.

PHOENIX, Ariz. – Grace College’s women’s soccer team enjoyed a goal spree on Monday against Arizona Christian to end their trip out West.

SOUTH WHITLEY – The Whitko boys tennis team netted its second victory of the season Monday with a 3-2 win Monday over Central Noble at home. Micah Cokl won at No. 2 singles for the Wildcats, while Aiden Hoffman and Bryce Tucker teamed up to win at No. 1 doubles.

PRESCOTT, Ariz. – Grace College’s women’s soccer team nearly pulled off an NAIA Top 25 upset on Saturday at No. 19 Embry-Riddle (Ariz.). The Eagles (4-1) scored in overtime to win 1-0 and hand Grace its first loss of the season. Saturday’s match, played in Arizona, started at 10 p.m. Eastern time.

AKRON – Torina Runkel came in fifth to lead the?Manchester girls cross country team to victory Saturday at the Tippecanoe Valley Cross Country?Invitational.

Luke Adamiec certainly had a hand – a pair of hands actually – in Warsaw’s 14-7 win over Elkhart Memorial Friday night.

BREMEN – “It is what it is.”

SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – Grace College’s women’s tennis team continued its strong start to the Crossroads League season by beating Spring Arbor 8-1 on Friday.

PERU – As Yogi Berra would say, it was deja vu all over again.

Madelyn Ray and Julia Hildebrand saved their best for last.

Warsaw got back on track Thursday.

WAWASEE – Elizabeth Kleopfer was all over the court to lead the Wawasee girls volleyball team to a 3-2 win Thursday in a Northern Lakes Conference match at Goshen.
