SYRACUSE – Jeanette Pugh Altman, 86, of Syracuse, died at 7:44 a.m. Dec. 11, 2011, in IU Health, Goshen.

Charles R. "Charlie" Barrett, 70, of Warsaw, died at 11:31 p.m.  June 15, 2011, in Kosciusko Community Hospital. He was born Aug. 23, 1940, in Warsaw, to Jeuith Dustin and June Esther Nelson Barrett, who preceded him in death. On July 31, 1973, in Warsaw, he married Jackalyn Ann Byers, who survives in Warsaw.

AKRON – Gloria A. “Dolly” Eaton, 82, Rochester and formerly of Akron, died at 1:35 p.m. July 25, 2014, at LifeCare Center of Rochester.

S. Richard Ellison, 94, Kosciusko County, passed away at 11:35 a.m. May 5, 2014, at his residence.

LIGONIER – Herman Rollins, 92, passed away Dec. 8, 2015, at Goshen Hospital.

JoAnn S. Whitaker, 75, of South Whitley, passed away at 3:50 a.m.  July 27, 2011, in her residence. She was born July 10, 1936, in Manton, Ky., to Lee and Nelis Howard Stephens. On Dec. 6, 1965, in Claypool, she married Aaron Richardson, who preceded her in death.

ANDERSON - Rickie Brian Moss, 52, of Anderson and Claypool, died at 12:38 a.m. Sept. 21, 2007, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, from a heart attack.

Harry Spencer III, 63, of Leesburg, passed away at 10:47 p.m. June 5, 2013, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.

Ruby O. Kramer, 95, Warsaw, passed away at 2:20 p.m. Oct. 31, 2013, at Grace Village Healthcare, Winona Lake.

ROCHESTER – Joseph Leonard Brugh, 95, Rochester, died at 12:20 p.m. Oct. 15, 2014, at his residence.

FORT WAYNE – Patricia A. Jernigan, 70, Roanoke, died Jan. 18, 2014, at her home.

COLUMBIA CITY – D’Maris Belvetta Grant, 97, died July 18, 2011. She was born Feb. 2, 1914, in Pierceton, to Zelma Hile and James Palmer. On May 28, 1938, she married Dr. Lowell Judson Grant.

AKRON - Jack E. Sausaman, 84, of 11068 E. Ind. 14 Akron, died at 8:52 p.m. Jan. 29, 2011, in Marion General Hospital, following a brief illness.

Gertrude Alice Tague Haymaker, 96, of Franklin and formerly of Warsaw, died Aug. 23, 2012, in Johnson Memorial Hospital.
