NAPPANEE - Larry LaMarr Lakins, 68, of Surf City, N.C., and formerly of Nappanee, died at 6:40 p.m. Aug. 26, 2007, at Goshen General Hospital following a sudden illness.

NAPPANEE - Mary C. Miller, 78, of 501 W. Randolph St., Nappanee, died at 1:29 p.m. Sept. 19, 2008, in her residence, after a short illness.

Craig Williams Norrell, 50, of 1025 Country Club Lane, Warsaw, was found dead at 9:40 a.m. Dec. 10, 2009, on the shore of Winona Lake following a boating accident.

Leon Robert Wilhite, 83, of Warsaw, went to be with his Lord at 6:05 a.m. April 30, 2013, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw.

CULVER - Eileen A. Tanner, 86, Monterey, died at 3:52 a.m. April 16, 2009, at her residence.

Jerry Gerard , 87, died Dec. 12, 2007, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, WarsawHe was born July 22, 1920, in Warsaw, to Almon and Allee Whitenberger Gerard. On March 21, 1975, in Warsaw, he married Diane Cain, who survives.

Jan Arden Miller, 72, of New Paris, passed away May 21, 2010, in Elkhart General Hospital.

Eugene Earl Teeter, 79, owner of Gene’s Stump Grinding of Warsaw, passed away at 6 p.m. July 15, 2015, in his residence.

HALSTEAD, Kan. - Edward O. Treesh, 85, died Dec. 21, 2007, in Halstead, Kan., where he resided.

COLUMBIA CITY – T. Asa Bolinger, 76, of rural Columbia City, died at 5:18 p.m. May 26, 2012, in Glenbrook Rehab Center, Fort Wayne, where he was a resident since January.

MENTONE - Elnora L. Craig, 88, formerly of 5158 N. CR 825E, Mentone, died at 1:20 a.m. March 18, 2010, in Life Care Center of Rochester.

WAKARUSA – C. Evelyn Stiver, 98, of 300 N. Washington St., Wakarusa, died at 4:30 a.m. Oct. 22, 2011, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Wakarusa.

AUBURN – Barbara Jean Lung Wagner, 78, died June 4, 2015, as a result of an automobile accident in Warsaw.

SYRACUSE - Margaret J. "Maggie" Goddard, 62, of Leesburg, died Feb. 24, 2010, in Mason Health & Rehab Center, Warsaw.

MENTONE - Todd Peterson, 44, of 8632 E. CR 450N, Mentone, died at 12:08 a.m. June 6, 2009, due to injuries suffered from a motorcycle accident on Ind. 19 south of Mentone.

Laura Couture, 84, of Warsaw, died at 1:41 p.m. July 16, 2012, in Mason Healthcare Center, Warsaw.

Donna Lee Weaver Hamilton, 80, went to be with her loved ones and maker at 5:51 p.m. May 8, 2013.

NORTH MANCHESTER - Mark W. Shenefield, 65, of North Manchester, died at 12:38 p.m. Sept. 17, 2008, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

FORT WAYNE – Timothy Brincefield, 56, Fort Wayne, passed away Jan. 20, 2015.

MENTONE – Kenneth E. Holloway, 69, Etna Green, died at 12:42 a.m. March 4, 2015, in Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

KENDALLVILLE - Warren Richard Campbell, 78, of Winona Lake, died Sept. 23, 2010, in his residence.

Leona Ruth Otto, 94, of Troy, Mich., died July 18, 2008, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, while visiting her daughter.

COLUMBIA CITY – Nellie E. “Susie” Lantz passed from this life peacefully June 5, 2011.
