Chad Lee Fore, 54, formerly of Sparta, Tenn., passed away on April 2, 2026, with his wife, Margo Diane Fore (married 33 years); children, Joshua (Laura) Fore and Samantha Fore (Kyle Churchill); right by his side until the very end. He fought the most courageous fight against cancer, the bravest man alive, a mountain of a man. He walked into Jesus’ arms, and he is rejoicing.
