Editor, Times-Union:This is in regards to the people out there who believe animals do not have a soul.

Editor, Times-Union:I don't see what all the stir is about the Wicked Witch of the Press, Ann Coulter. She's doing what she has been doing for a long time. I must admit though that I really appreciate her columns.

- Harwood Tribute - Tragedy - Warsaw Schools - School Closings - Voice Of Reason Harwood Tribute Editor, Times-Union: I'm an employee for the town of Syracuse, and 11 years ago, I was riding in our town vehicle working with Dick Harwood, and he had a massive heart attack and died. A year later I noticed that he never had a headstone to mark his grave. So I began working on getting him one.He served in the Air Force, so I thought the government would furnish one for him, being a veteran and all.But nine years ago before he had died, a fire had consumed and destroyed a lot of the paperwork the government had.So then without his service dates, there wasn't much they could do for me, or for him on getting him a stone.

- Shame! Shame! - School Closings - Tax Impact Shame! Shame! Editor, Times-Union: Like Gomer Pyle used to say, "Shame! Shame! Shame!" I am a resident of Silver Lake and appreciate that service.Perhaps it would be a good gesture to come some night after dark and take it back to the farm - like after dark when you left it. It's incidents like that causes disgrace to all. I just hope you reconsider your decision and show some respect to all and remove it.

Editor, Times-Union:Why do we have to chose to either buy gas to get back and forth to work or buy groceries?
