What kind of sense does it make to have a welfare office here in Warsaw that they discourage you from using?
It is not possible sometimes to get an employee in Marion to understand what you are talking about or need to do. I think it was a very big mistake to privatize the Family and Social Services office.
The employees who were at the welfare office here had been there for years and were very well educated in what to do to help their clients.
