Warsaw’s Mangas Scores 10 Points In All-Star GameNEW ALBANY – Former Warsaw Tiger Kyle Mangas came off the bench to score 10 points in the Indiana All-Stars’ 122-110 exhibition loss to a team of Indiana Junior All-Stars Tuesday night at New Albany High School.

Mangas made four of five shots from the field, including both of his three point attempts. He had three rebounds, two assists and two turnovers in 15 minutes.

North Central’s Kris Wilkes, Indiana’s Mr. Basketball, led the All-Stars with 33 points on 15-of-32 shooting. The future UCLA Bruin also had 10 rebounds, five assists, four turnovers and a block in the contest.

Logansport’s Jalen Adaway had 15 points and six rebounds. Mack Smith of Warren Central in Indianapolis had 14 points, and Iowa commit Jack Nunge of Castle (Newburgh) had 13 points.

South Bend Riley’s Damzei Anderson led the juniors with 24 points. De’Avion Washington of Terre Haute South had 21 points and Musa Jallow of Bloomington North had 15 points. Aaron Henry of Ben Davis High in Indianapolis had a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds.

The two teams will meet again Thursday in Plainfield before the All-Stars take on a team from Kentucky Saturday at Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis and Sunday in Frankfort, Ky.
