Warsaw Boys Track Drops Season Opener At PennMISHAWAKA – Warsaw opened its boys track season Monday with a 76-56 loss at Penn in a non-conference meet. The Tigers had a first-place finish from its 4x100 relay team of Rane Kilburn, Will McGarvey, Alijah Wade and Tristan Larsh, who turned in a time of 43.5 seconds. Warsaw also got a first-place finish from its 4x400 relay team of Bishop Harrison, Tristan Larsh, Ridley Lemon and D'Andre Street. They had a time of 3:37.7. Others winning for Warsaw were Wade in the 200 (22.8 seconds), Kilburn in the long jump (20-7.75) and John Svinarich with a throw of 46-0 in the shot put. The Tigers won’t compete again until after spring break. They will open Northern Lakes Conference competition at Elkhart Memorial on April 13.
