I would like to take a moment to urge everyone to support Chad Miner for judge of Kosciusko County Superior Court III. I have had the privilege of being represented by Chad in various matters over the years, and he’s always been diligent, conscientious, calm and even-tempered. These attributes make him a terrific lawyer, and they will make him a terrific judge.
Chad and I also share a belief in limited government. Chad understands that our courts wield a great deal of power. It’s important when choosing a judge to find someone who will both exercise that power wisely and respect the constitutional limits of the office. As a fellow opponent of government overreach, I know that Chad Miner will see to it that his power is never abused.
I hope that everyone will join me in voting for Chad Miner in the upcoming Republican primary. He has the experience, the temperament and the wisdom to make a great judge.
