We are so pleased to have the opportunity to express our support of Karin McGrath’s election for judge in Superior Court 3. We strongly believe that she is the most qualified candidate running for this important position.
Superior Court 3 presides over high level felonies. A person must have had extensive trial experience in these type cases in order to be an effective judge. Although other candidates may have had experience as a “substitute judge,” this is not the primary reason to elect a candidate.
Karin has had several years of trial experience making her eminently qualified for judge in Superior Court 3. She knows the rules and procedures for conducting a fair and successful trial. The only way to understand this process is to actually participate in criminal trails. Karin has spent countless hours preparing for bench and jury trials, including high level felonies. She has the trial experience necessary for a knowledgeable, fair and impartial judge needed in Superior Court 3.
