Jim is a lifetime resident of the county, a graduate of Warsaw High School and Valparaiso University. He is employed as an engineer at DePuy. He has organized, contributed to and participated in many events in Winona Lake through the years.
We believe Jim Lancaster is the best candidate for the following reasons:
Jim will tell the truth and be forthright in his dealings. He will not color or manipulate the truth to gain personal advantage whether that be in personal, educational, or business information and dealings.
Jim Lancaster will support the collective interests of all Winona Lake residents. He will not promote the interests of a small minority of residents at the expense of the large majority of residents. He will not waste taxpayer money on frivolous and losing lawsuits to line his own pockets.
Jim will put Winona Lake interests above personal interests. He will not use town funds to fix personal problems.
Jim Lancaster will treat everyone with dignity and respect. He will not denigrate anyone regardless of their occupation, income or place of residence, even if it is lakefront.
Jim will promote and encourage town events and projects. He will not undermine, seek to cancel, or complain about perceived personal inconveniences.
Jim Lancaster and his family did move to Winona Lake to support and encourage the future of the town. They did not move here to oversee rental properties and profit at others' expense.
Jim Lancaster is a person who will help to make Winona Lake a better place to live. Please cast your vote for Jim Lancaster.
