In August 1983, Video World opened its doors for business. The owner always made sure the video store had low and fair rental rates, and if a video got lost or broken, the owner would always work with the customer and be fair to them. Unfortunately, through the invent of pay-per-view and big video chains, Video World was forced to close their doors this past summer. After 25 years, the owner figured it was time to start thinking about retirement.
Being a former employee, I got a chance to get to know people from Kosciusko County and to also learn that running a business isn't just about just making a profit, but it was more important to build good relations with the customers. With that, I hope the customers can stop in at least one more time and show their appreciation to this great man and take advantage of an inventory sale that will be happening soon.
I want to say thank you to Mr. Frazier for 25 great years from a customer, past employee and friend.
