Victoria S. Boraker, 50, of 2568 E. Oak Lane, Warsaw, passed away at 5:18 p.m. May 18, 2012, in her residence.
She was born April 12, 1962, in Chula Vista, Calif., to Mernette Stalter and Roberta Dawson McCreadie. On Oct., 5, 1991, in Everett, Wash., she married Daniel “Dan” Robert Boraker, who survives.
She graduated from Mountlake Terrace High School, Lynnwood, Wash. She lived in Texas prior to moving to Warsaw in 2005. She was a resident of Kosciusko County for the past seven years, and served as the past vice president of the Farmer's Market, Warsaw. Her passion was gardening, cooking and was very active in the local farmer’s market.
Also surviving are three daughters, Jessica Stalter and Adrienne Rutherford, both of Marysville, Wash., and Corrin (and spouse Dominic) Sheets, Granite Falls, Wash.; a son, Aaron Lee, Issaquah, Wash.; and four grandchildren; her mother, Roberta McCreadie, Houston, Texas; a sister, Ninette (and spouse Lloyd) Sikes, Hempstead, Texas; and two brothers, Cary Stalter, Houston, Texas, and Tony (and spouse Marisa) Stalter, Spring, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents.
A celebration of life memorial service will be at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Jeff and Cindy Stier residence, 5522 E. McKenna Road, Warsaw, with Pastor James Lipkin officiating.
