Rose Home North, Syracuse, recently took possession of a 12-passenger van donated by Doug and Jeannie Schrock, of Syracuse. The van will be used to transport Rose Home residents. The Rose Home is a Christian not-for-profit transitional living home for women who choose to recover from drug and alcohol addictions. The home – with 12 beds and staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week – is described as “a place of hope ... where women can see the joy of new beginnings and a promise for tomorrow.” Pictured (L to R) are: Beth Morgan, Rose Home North director; Tammy Cotton, Rose Home board president; Lorna Snodgrass, Rose Home board member; Tad Schrock, representing Doug and Jeanie Schrock; and Brittney Dudeck, Rose Home board member.
