A driver had to be extricated from a car after colliding with a semi truck at the intersection of U.S. 30 and 150W, at about 8:30 a.m. today. The driver of the semi was uninjured. The driver of the car was taken to a hospital. Warsaw Police,?Winona Lake Fire, Indiana State Police and Lutheran?EMS responded to the scene. No further information was available at press time.
