A man awaiting two jury trials on charges that he did not disclose he was HIV positive to his sex partners has been arrested again on the same charge.
Travis Spoor, 37, of 10255 S. CR 200W, Silver Lake, was facing accusations from three women – including one from Kosciusko County – before authorities learned of the newest case, also originating in Kosciusko County.
The fourth allegation arose Monday when Spoor was arrested after a second woman from Kosciusko County came forward, saying they met two weeks ago.
The woman told police she met a man named “Ray Hiderman” on Match.com, an online dating website. They met March 5 and she spent a week with him, having sex with him on four occasions, according to court records
At some point, she looked in his wallet and learned his name was Travis Spoor.
Spoor was already scheduled to face jury trials in Kosciusko and Allen counties this year.
Spoor’s Kosciusko County trial is set for June 13 in Kosciusko Superior Court I where he faces two charges of malicious mischief.
The trial in Allen County is set for this summer, according to the Allen County Prosecutor's Office.
Spoor is also facing charges in Marshall County for the same charge.
Spoor is currently being held in the Kosciusko County Jail on a bond of $251,000.
