Tritch Is The Real Deal

I was apolitical for the first two-thirds of my life, but got my first political wake-up call in 1997 after I became a 40-year-old college student. I then paid some, but not enough, attention to politics for the next 20 years. And, in 2016, I woke up big-time. It was my call to action. My "aha" moment. The realization that we all need to vote, or else we have no right to complain about the people who have been put in elected positions. Every voter matters and every vote counts.

So, how did I get involved? I recently co-hosted a meet- and-greet political fundraiser reception in my Warsaw home for Courtney Tritch for Congress in Indiana's 3rd District, and I've never hosted a political campaign event in my life! Was I terrified? Yes! Am I glad I jumped in with both feet? Yes! I care about the future of my kids' and grandkids' generations and beyond, and this is but one way I can contribute to their futures.

I'm voting for Courtney Tritch on Nov. 6 because I believe she is the candidate who will best represent all of her Indiana 3rd District constituents. Courtney is the real deal. She's done her homework, and she knows the people of Indiana's 3rd District because she's made it her mission to campaign visibly and vigorously across all the counties and meet many of the constituents she will represent. Courtney doesn't have flippant answers about anything, but she will find the answer to your question if she doesn't know it. She believes in people over party or politics. She is ranked third among all congressional candidates in the country for in-district campaign contributions, with 90 percent of her fundraising contributions coming from the voters of the 3rd District she seeks to represent. This is huge! People support her for who she is, not just for her party affiliation.

I urge you to check out Courtney's campaign website at www.tritchforcongress.com and see for yourself where she stands on the important issues that matter most to you. Check out her commercials if you haven't seen them. She is a class act.

Nov. 6 is right around the corner and voters have important decisions to make. The first, and most important, decision? Go vote! It is unthinkable that nearly half of all eligible voters choose to not exercise their constitutional right to vote. The next most important decision for the voters of Indiana's 3rd District? Vote Courtney Tritch for Congress!
