A quick response to Mr. Kitson, reference dog running on Tri-County FWA.
Contrary to Mr. Kitson's claim, Tri-County does have a 200-acre (Area B) dog training area that is open 365 days per year. It is true that outside that area special rules do apply as far as running or training your dog.
