Warsaw Parks & Recreation Department held its first Touch-A-Truck event at Central Park for three hours Saturday. About 27 trucks were featured, according to Jordan Alber, recreation leader for the parks department. Vehicles included a fire truck, a police rescue boat and large equipment from the city street department as well as large trucks from G&G Hauling & Excavating and Crouse Body Shop. Pictured are Owen Powell, 1, and Charlotte Powell, 4, Pierceton, checking out a wheel loader from G&G, one of the largest in Kosciusko County, according to Mike Loher, an employee of G&G.
