EAST LANSING, Mich. - Tomie Raines, 85, died June 25, 2008.
She was born Betty Lou Overmyer, in Warsaw, to Gerald and Laura Cording Overmyer. On Jan. 5, 1946, she married Max Raines, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are a son, Rick (and spouse Eileen); a daughter, Sandy Raines (and Ron Cadieux); four grandchildren; a great-grandson; and loyal companion and caregiver, Augie Cotto.
Services were at 11 a.m. today at People's Church.
Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home, East Lansing, is in charge of arrangements.
