Todd William Hopkins passed away at 9:45 a.m. Friday, Sept. 21, 2018, in Warsaw’s Kosciusko Community Hospital. A loving father, husband and son, Todd was 54 years old.
Born in Sturgis, Mich., on Sept. 9, 1964, to Ronald E. and Janice Harker Hopkins, Todd graduated from high school in Sturgis before earning a degree in architectural engineering. On April 4, 2001, he was married to Julia Alfeche in Centerville, Mich.
Todd worked as director of sales and in engineering for Titan Manufactured Structures. More recently, he founded his own company, Blue Diamond Modular Design, offering components to the commercial modular building industry.
More personally, Todd enjoyed golfing and fishing. He also enjoyed football and NASCAR, his favorite driver being Dale Earnhart Jr. He was loveable and easy to get along with. He had a good sense of humor, was a great father and was incredibly intelligent.
Those who survive with memories to treasure include his wife, Julia Hopkins, Warsaw; son, Tyler (Celeste) Hopkins, Sturgis; daughters, Hannah and Hailey Hopkins, Warsaw; grandson, Jonah Hopkins, Sturgis; and mother, Janice Hopkins, Sturgis.
His father, Ronald Hopkins, preceded him in passing Oct. 6, 2017.
Calling will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Titus Funeral ?Home, Warsaw.
His life will be commemorated in Oaklawn Cemetery, 300 E. South St., Sturgis, during a graveside service at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26.
