Thomas “Tom” Howard Pennington, 74, Warsaw, died Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2026, in the care of Parkview Kosciusko Hospital of Warsaw.
He was born Nov. 5, 1951, in Vandalia, Ill., to Evelyn Morell and Howard Pennington.
Tom’s life will be celebrated with a service at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, at Redpath-Fruth-Byers Funeral Home, Warsaw, and officiated by Pastor Jeff Pfeifer. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service from noon to 1 p.m. A graveside service will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Warsaw.
