MENTONE - Thomas E. Dunnuck, 48, of 1014 Parkway Drive, West Fargo, N.D., died at approximately 9 a.m. Dec. 24, 2008, near Alexandria, Minn., in a weather-related accident on I-94 involving two other vehicles. He died at the scene, along with his two sons, Samuel, 15, and Gabriel, 12. Seriously injured in the accident but not killed was his daughter, Anna Grace, 9. They were traveling to Mentone for a family Christmas.

He was born July 1, 1960, in Bloomington, to Forst and Louise Kelly Dunnuck. He was formerly married to Dianne Gentry.

In 2000, he moved to West Fargo from Indianapolis where he had lived for seven years. He also previously lived in Pittsburgh, Pa., and Dallas, Texas. He was a district sales manager for Dow Agro-Sciences. He graduated from Tippecanoe Valley High School in 1978, and from Purdue University in 1987. He attended the Bethel Evangelical Free Church. In his youth, he attended the Harrison Center Church, Etna Green.

Surviving are his parents, Forst and Louise Dunnuck, Etna Green; a daughter, Anna Grace Dunnuck, Fargo, N.D.; three sisters: Joyce (and spouse Alan) Welch, Lafayette; Barbara (and spouse Dennis) Croy, Marshall, Mich.; and Sandi (and spouse Jon) Schaeffer, Mentone; and three brothers: Darrell (and spouse Kathleen) Dunnuck, Seattle, Wash.; Stephen (and spouse Becky) Dunnuck Frankfort; and Jay (and spouse Julianne) Dunnuck, Midland, Mich.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at King Memorial Home, Mentone, with Pastors Larry Goss, Dennis Croy and William Stevens officiating. Additional funeral services and burial for Thomas and his two sons will be in Fargo, N.D.

Calling is one hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.
