SYRACUSE – Thelma M. Crow, 92, of Syracuse, died at 3:22 p.m. Nov. 26, 2012, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Syracuse. She was born March 24, 1920, in Milford, to Charles Washington and Clara Leatherman Price. On June 14, 1941, in Milford, she married Maurice B. “Morrie” Crow, who died in 1977. A lifetime resident of the Milford and Syracuse area, she graduated from Milford High School in 1938, was a homemaker and formerly worked at Maple Leaf Farms, Milford, for several years. She was a member of Bethany Church of the Brethren, Milford, and attended Syracuse Church of the Brethren. Surviving are two sons, Charles “Chuck” (and spouse Sally) Crow, Noblesville, and Stephen Crow, Syracuse; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by a daughter; three sisters; and four brothers. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse, with Pastor Timothy Morphew officiating. A private graveside service will be in Syracuse Cemetery.
