Editor, Times-Union: Maybe it’s unfair, but we, “the people” expect you editors to “speed read” and keep us aware of what goes on without our having to take N.Y. papers and magazines.
You know Michael Savage, radio and talk show host, is the son of Russian immigrants. He knows Soviet and European history. Last week he warned us “If our president is re-elected, our government will be like Chavez’s South American dictatorship ... Your freedom may be at stake.” Since taking office, Obama has purposely escalated the economic crisis by plunging us into unprecedented debt.
He has programs designed to go into effect in January 2013, just in time for his second term in office. The economic burden on everyone will be enough to cause the final collapse of the country. As soon as that happens, Obama declares martial law and assumes control of the nation.
The Department of Justice has already been subverting federal laws to strip us of a number of freedoms. The Supreme Court and many of he other federal courts have been seeded with socialistic liberal judges that will rule in Obama’s favor on virtually anything, thus ending constitutional rule and law. He’s already changing the face of our military. (Who knows how many radical Muslims are now in the armed forces already?)
Obama has been wielding executive powers this year as if he were already a dictator!
