Teresa “Terri” L. Goebel, 61, of Warsaw, went home to be with the Lord at 11:05 p.m. Sept. 11, 2013, at her residence. She was born Aug. 6, 1952, in Rockford, Ill., to Harold K. and Helen Scott Larsen. On April 29, 1972, she married Jim Goebel, who survives. She had been a resident of Kosciusko County since 1972. She was a member of Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church, and also did the graphic arts for the church. Also surviving are two sons, Justin (and spouse Jacquie) Goebel, Warsaw, and Ryan (and spouse Lori) Goebel, Lafayette; a daughter, Stephanie Goebel, Warsaw; five grandchildren: Austin, Corah, Zachariah and Maclaren Goebel and Brittainy Kitchen; one brother, John C. Larsen, Owen County; and two sisters, Linda Hoover, Winona Lake, and Beth (and spouse Larry) Kinsey, Warsaw. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 210 S. High St., Warsaw, with Dr. Erik F. Ohman officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
