ROCHESTER – Ted Leroy Halterman, 64, Rochester, died at 9 a.m. Oct. 17, 2013, in Woodlawn Hospital. He was born Dec. 31, 1948, in Rochester, to Harrison Robert “Het” and Lois Eileen Waltz Halterman. On March 1, 1975, in Rochester, he married Alma Jean Urbin, who survives. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with Chaplain Jason See officiating. Military graveside rites will be conducted by the Fulton County Honor Guard and the U.S. Army Honor Guard.
