Tara L. Miller-Draper, 41, Rochester, died at 10:28 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2018, at her residence after a battle with cancer.
She was born Feb. 20, 1976, in Hopkinsville, Ky., to Larry Hightower and Jodi A. Miller. In November 1995 she married Ray Draper.
She graduated from Rochester High School in 1994.
A celebration of her life will be at noon Saturday in Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St., Rochester.
Friends may visit with the family from 9 a.m. until the service Saturday in the funeral home.
