I want to let Benny Hively know he does not stand alone against the blasts from these home made bombs being made and exploded in our rural Kosciusko County community.
I also want to let you know our Sherriff Kyle Dukes stands with us against the misuse of Tannerite to make explosions that rattle and shake our homes and our person.
On 7-10-20, my last conversation with Sheriff Kyle Dukes, he informed me that this man can be arrested for disorderly conduct for using Tannerite to make a large explosion. The sherriff also said to be prepared to make a statement to the prosecutor's office about this matter if called to do so.
I would like to add that my conversations with Sheriff Kyle Dukes were very positive and assuring. He is a man that cares dearly about this county and the people.
So, Benny, be diligent and call the Sheriff's Department if there any more explosions in our neighborhood and be ready to make a statement to the prosecutor’s office.
