Syracuse Man Faces Charges Following Alleged Intimidation

SYRACUSE – A Syracuse man is facing charges of Intimidation with a deadly weapon after police say he threatened  a man with a pipe wrench.
Todd Robert Valentine, 39, of 306 E. Lynwood Drive, Syracuse was arrested Friday at about 9:56 a.m.
According to Syracuse Police Chief Jim ?Layne, a man passed by Valentine’s residence and made a obscene gesture.
Valentine got in his vehicle and followed the victim to Main Channel Marnia where Valentine allegedly pulled out a pipe wrench and threatened  to kill the victim.
Valentine tired to leave the scene, but his vehicle broke down, according to Layne. After an investigation into the incident, officer Joe Keene arrested Valentine.
Valentine was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail. Bond was set at $10,250.
