I wrote a letter to the editor this spring endorsing my friend and law partner Chad Miner in his candidacy for the Superior Court 3 judgeship because I am confident that he would do an outstanding job.
I have worked with Chad for many years and during that time, I have had the opportunity to witness his professionalism and legal knowledge firsthand. I have also observed his steady temperament and the courteous manner in which he treats all of those around him. In addition, I believe that Chad has the qualities that are necessary to be a good judge. He is honest, he is fair and he is smart, and I am certain that he would represent the dignity and the integrity of the court in a way that would make Kosciusko County proud to have him as a judge.
Based on his character and integrity, I am very happy to support Chad Miner in his campaign for the Superior 3 judgeship and I am encouraging my friends and neighbors to do the same.
