I would like for people to know about Tyler Huffer, who is running for Plain Township trustee.
I know Tyler through working with him in emergency care. As a paramedic, Tyler has always provided excellent service and treated patients with the utmost respect and dignity. Tyler truly cares about helping people in their greatest time of need.
I was not aware Tyler was running for Plain Township trustee and was gladdened but not surprised by his decision. Tyler has been a Plain Township board member for several years and also serves on the Chapman Lake Association. He was born in Warsaw and has lived and worked in this area his entire life.
Tyler explained to me that he, along with other trustees from Kosciusko County, attended educational conferences to learn the latest in how to not only maintain a community, but to let it thrive. He is young and eager and I think it is time for the change.
Tyler shared with me his plans for the community, including updating and beautifying the local cemeteries; helping those in need by giving them a hand up, not just a hand out; and improving relationships between Plain Township, our neighboring townships and other elected officials. As fellow EMS and fire members well know, we need to work together with our neighbors for the betterment of all communities. Tyler plans on accomplishing these tasks all while staying within the rules and laws set forth by the state of Indiana.
Tyler is dedicated to making Plain Township the best it can be. Please join me and vote for Tyler Huffer for Plain Township trustee!
