Editor, Times-Union: After reading the article on the front page of the Times-Union titled “Malicious Mischief,” about someone who is HIV positive. Even then, this is not a fail-safe solution, it is only an idea. The woman may ask her partner if they have a sexually transmitted disease; however, they may lie.
