Chief Master Sgt. Stephen G. Phillips, age 77 and a resident of Germany, passed away on Dec. 1, 2018, in Germany.
Stephen was born in Warsaw to the late George and Phyllis Phillips. He graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 1959 and joined the Air Force after graduation. He retired from the Air Force after 33 years.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sunhild Phillips.
Also surviving are his two daughters, Sonia O'Bryan and Sheri Dubberke; and five grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers, Stanley Phillips (and wife Linda), Warsaw, and Sid Phillips (and wife Connie), Warsaw; and one sister, Sandy Holguin (and husband Ray), Arizona.
