In response to Jackie Long’s letter to the editor on Feb. 6 about the holes in the container at the apartments in Shady Crest addition: The container did not belong to Stafford’s Solid Waste, we just dump it.
We are prompt on fixing and/or replacing our containers when our drivers tell us about issues.
Upon reading your letter, we contacted property managers, and they instructed us to put one of our containers in. The problem was resolved within three hours.
All it would’ve taken was one phone call to our office.
