Registration is open for the YMCA’s Youth Basketball League, where children grades 2-6 can learn basic skills in a positive environment. The YMCA emphasizes participation, fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship and having fun over winning. Membership in the Y is not required.
Basketball games are played on Saturday mornings at the Parkview Warsaw YMCA, with practices on Mondays at the Y, or Tuesdays or Wednesdays at Harrison Elementary School. Games run from Jan. 13-Feb. 17.

SYRACUSE – Wawasee’s non-conference girls basketball game at Bethany Christian, scheduled for tonight, has been postponed. A make-up date had not been announced as of press time.
