Editor, Times-Union: There they go at 40 to 50 miles per hour despite the sign that says “Speeding Max $1,000. Reckless Driving Max 8 years.” They can’t read the sign or they laugh because they know they wont get a speeding ticket since there are deputies around. The road is posted 30 mph. Even some of the school buses go speeding by. I don’t care what street, road or highway you are driving on, if you drive the posted speed limit you’re going to be passed.
