To the families of Josh Nisley and Tara Thornburg:
It has been 3½ long years, and not a day passes I don’t think about what happened. I?never thought I would be in these shoes with this weight on my shoulders. I can’t ever even begin to put into words how remorseful and sorry I am for my involvement. The thoughts, dreams, nightmares are all still with me as if the night your lives were ruined were just yesterday.
I never meant for anybody to get hurt, and I am deeply disgusted I am partially to blame for your loss. Your families will forever be in my prayers.
