Robert W. Johnson, 58, Warsaw, passed away at 7:22 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24, 2018, in Kosciusko Community Hospital.
He was born May 11, 1960, in Muncie, to William Robert and Carolyn Burton Johnson.
He was employed by Pizza King, most recently serving as assistant manager at several locations, with 30 years of service.
Survivors include his mother, Carolyn Grow, Warsaw; brothers, Terry (companion Sue Simpkins) Johnson, Gas City, and Darryn (spouse Tracey) Johnson, Warsaw; and sister, Lorrie Gerbin, Warsaw.
Visitation is scheduled from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
A memorial service will immediately follow at 2 p.m., with Chaplain Bob Jarboe officiating.
