INDIANAPOLIS – Richard Louis Tapp passed away on Sunday, Nov. 11, 2018, at the age of 78.
Services will be at Flanner Buchanan - Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, with visitation for family and friends beginning at 11 a.m.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Laverne Tapp; son, William; and sister, Malinda.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy; children: Michael (Lisa) Tapp, James (Shirley) Tapp, Anita Miles and Jeff (Zeb) Miles; brother, Michael (Rita) Tapp; as well as nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
