SYRACUSE — Richard "Dick" Kinsey, 86, Clermont, Fla., passed away July 4, 2018, at the Clermont Health and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born Dec. 13, 1931, in Warsaw, to William and Marian Roose Kinsey. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He lived in Florida for 45 years.
Dick retired as a contractor serving the construction industry.
He is survived by his two sisters, Patricia (John) Savage, North Olmstead, Ohio, and Cindy Hamilton, Newport, Tenn.; and two brothers, Paul Kinsey, Augusta, Maine, and Larry (Linda) Kinsey, North Webster.
He was preceded by two sisters, Katherine Fisher and Maxine Pifer; and one brother, Beryl "John" Kinsey.
There will be a graveside service at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, at a later date.
