SYRACUSE — Richard Bryant Monroe, 67, North Webster, passed away Monday, Oct. 15, 2018, at his home.
He was born July 5, 1951, at Chanute Air Force Base, Rantoul, Ill., to James and Marion Cole Monroe.
He is survived by his wife, Beth Pifer Monroe; daughter, Amy Jones; two grandchildren, Natalie (Brock) Spangle and Kobe Jones; a brother, Robert Golden; a sister, Mary Smith; and his stepfather, Guy Smith.
He was preceded by his parents and a brother, David Smith.
His wishes were to be cremated without a service.
Eastlund Funeral Home is handling Rick's arrangements.
