The Builders Association of Kosciusko and Fulton Counties (BAKFC) awarded Renewal Homes LLC with the People’s Choice Award for its recent entry into the Homes on Parade. Renewal Homes’ Vintage Farmhouse, at 4239 S. Magee Road, Warsaw, included a pastoral setting and exterior features of classic narrow siding, field stone accents and metal accent roofing. Renewal was one of seven builders offering nine entries in this year’s scattered site parade.
